Wednesday Wisdom

Living in this new world – one of pandemic, toilet paper shortages, and government blowhards – it can be unsettling and depressing. But, especially now, you must remain strong. Keep your head up, be kind, be optimistic, and follow whatever state/local/city restrictions you are under for social distancing.

“You have power over your mind — not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.”

– Marcus Aurelius

This is one of my favorite quotes. It reminds us that we have all the strength we need, we just need to control our thoughts. Focus on the now, do your best to stay healthy and keep those around you healthy, and remember that we will get through this.

How are you holding up? Let me know and, as always (and especially now), thanks for stopping by,
